VictoryView ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our platform at app.victoryview.gg and our marketing website.

Account Information

When you create a VictoryView account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Password (stored securely using one-way hashing)
  • Organization and team details you provide

Game Data

We retrieve the following data from the Riot Games API on your behalf:

  • Summoner names and Riot IDs of players added to your rosters
  • Match history and match details (KDA, CS/min, gold/min, damage/min, vision score, etc.)
  • Ranked statistics and game type information

This data is sourced from Riot Games' public API and is processed to provide analytics within your dashboard.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. We may store:

  • Your Stripe customer ID
  • Subscription plan and billing cycle
  • Last four digits of your payment method (for display purposes)
  • Billing history and invoice records

Usage Data

We automatically collect technical data when you use the Service, including:

  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Browser type and operating system
  • Pages visited and feature usage patterns
  • Date and time of access

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide the Service — importing, processing, and displaying match analytics for your teams.
  • Manage your account — authentication, role-based access, and organization management.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing.
  • Riot Games — API requests include player identifiers to retrieve match data.
  • Hosting providers — our infrastructure partners process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities — if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

Within Your Organization

Player statistics, match data, and roster information are visible to all members of your Organization on VictoryView, according to their assigned roles. Ensure you only invite trusted individuals to your Organization.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
  • Match data is retained according to your subscription plan's import window (up to 30 days of history).
  • Payment records are retained as required for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Upon account deletion, personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:

  • Encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit.
  • Secure password hashing using modern algorithms.
  • Role-based access control within the application.
  • Regular security reviews and updates.

No system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Cookies

VictoryView uses essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
