Can't I just buy several Team plans instead of Organization?
You can, but you'd get several separate organizations: multiple logins, no cross-team view, access shared by password, and one invoice per team. That's the exact mess Organization removes. The multi-team dashboard, org-level roles and unified billing only exist on Organization. They can't be replicated by stacking.
